All returns must be lodged within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the returned item was what you ordered and is not damaged or faulty but you've since changed your mind then we ask that you pay for returning the item to us. Please note that you must lodge a Return online or your return may not be accepted.
A refund will be processed for the purchase amount of the product only, not including shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item:
If your goods have been damaged in transit, are defective or do not match your order please contact our customer services team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address, telephone number and order number together with details of the issue and goods affected. If the goods received are damaged, defective or do not match your order we will refund the original delivery charge and the price paid for the goods affected unless a replacement is provided. Our customer services team will provide you with details on how to return the affected goods if required, you will not be expected to cover the cost of the return. If a replacement is required, you will not be charged for the outbound postage.
Megajoy do not normally provide refunds or exchanges if you: Simply change your mind; or Purchased the wrong product; or Damage a product after purchase due to alterations to the product not performed by us, damage the product due to unusual or non-recommended use of the product or damage the product where the damage is caused by any factors beyond our control; or No proof of purchase is provided.
